These terms govern your use of this website. They are deliberately short, because the site itself does very little: it describes our work, and it offers a way to email us.

This site is operated by BayKolm Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, China. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean BayKolm Limited.
What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of baykolm.com, and nothing else. They do not govern any work we do for a client. If we take on an engagement, the terms for that engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement prevails over anything published on this site.
The site is informational
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, or professional advice. Browsing the site or sending us an email does not create a client relationship, and it does not oblige either of us to proceed with anything.
Accuracy
We describe our work in good faith, but we do not promise that every statement is complete or stays current. Where something on this site matters to a decision you are making, ask us directly before relying on it.
Availability
The site is provided as-is. We make no uptime commitment, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

The content of this site, and the BayKolm name and mark, belong to BayKolm Limited. You may read, print, and share these pages for your own reference. You may not republish them commercially, or present them as your own, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or copy it at scale by automated means. We may block traffic that does.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, including any loss arising from reliance on something published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits any right you have under a law that applies to you.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, China. The courts of Hong Kong, China have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this site.
